Default abs module repair

Has anybody used a service like Cheepabs.com or myairbags.com to have their abs computer rebuilt. I have a relay short, that causes an intermittent abs light, and since it is so expensive to repair, and I know how to drive, I was just going to leave it be. but If I can fix it for $140 or less I might just give it a shot.

I'm about 60% sure I could do that, so I think I'll send it out once everything else is done. If I mess it up, I'll have to go find one at the junk yard, and then probably have it fixed. Although I do know a guy that will probably sell me one for less than the junk yard.

I work in a junk yard and we don't typically let them go cheap lol since it's such a common issue and most people would rather just replace it instead of trying to repair it... so the company capitalizes on that... not that I like that, but I don't run the company either... I could get one for pretty cheap compared to retail but I still want to try and repair my original, if that tells you anything about the price lol

if you feel you're capable I'd give it a shot, might save yourself $200

done that. it was really rusty, I thought It would surly fix the problem, but it didn't, when I took it in for some other work they pulled the code it was a shorted relay.
