Default abs problem

hey last week I noticed my abs kicking on while braking when i hit 10km/h speeds on wet or dry roads. It will stay on til i fully stop. My abs light went on for 1 minute then disappeared. I changed my front pads and rotors, rear pads, calipers, and rotors and I still have this problem.

Can anyone chime in and inform me what is wrong before I bring it to the dealership and get raped?

thanks

EDIT: I have a 2005 jimmy automatic tranny with 3 button 4wd
