Ok heres my delima...... I have a 2000 2wd 2door blazer, i was in the process of converting it all to power. Got a harness that i thought would work (guy told me wrong year) so it didnt work. Anyhoo my original harness is junk now. Sooooooo i went to the local salvage yard and picked up a power harness from a 2000 4 door 2wd. Hooked my Pcm and Bcm up to it and it worked, well to get me back and forth to work. The rear defrost works also which mine did not come with as mine is all manual. So im having a pretty hard time finding the correct harness so my thing is the abs unit in mine is different than the one in the 4 door and my abs light is on. Do 4 doors have 4 wheels abs? Im thinking about just changing out the unit so i everything will work but not really wanting to take it to a shop so they have to use the scanner on the abs unit...... at least i know what harness will work now....hahahahaha!!!!!! The vin code is W by the way. Thank you guys for any help!

 

BTW scanning will probably only make you poorer

because you have bastardized the harness of the truck they will tell you you have a abs fault

 

True.... Well guess ill have to wait till I find the correct harness. Rather do that then try and change everything to make this one work. Taking the dash out isn't a big deal anyway. And I was talking about replacing my abs unit for the one off the 4 door and clearing the code but thanks for the input.
