ac always on

ac always on
i have a 03 chevy blazer 2dr and my ac is always on, unless I move switch to off. I move it to any position, vent ,defrost floor and it still blows the cold AC.
I know its on cuz im dripping water under truck.
any ideas ? I was going to just pull the fuse but that really wouldn't fix the problem.
I replaced the control switch.
plus air blows though vents all the time, in addition to the defrost, or floor
help.......

Update...

I took ac fuse out, no ac ... Duh. But fan still works. .. Now I just open windows .
