So, before I jumped into the manifold R&R, I finished the fuel pressure testing and determined that I have a 12psi pump in the tank. I removed it and confirmed it's part# = 25168719.
This is the one that Chevy dealer provided for 2002 4.3L S10. New Walbro is on the way and hopefully I will have an update this weekend.
