i checked all my senciors and its full freon and its not too full its got a new compressor if i use a jumper the compressor will come on but it will not blow cold inside the car.does anyone out there know what i need to do to fix this

 

Something is not right then. You either do not have a full charge or your orifice tube is plugged. What happens to the high side pressure when the compressor kicks on? How about the low side?
