Default Is this an adjustment for the caliper??

This is for my 2001 Blazer..
Rear Brakes..

There are two bolts, One to the left of the bleeder(by the shock in the picture), and one all the way to the right of the caliper(by the gas tank in the picture). Are those bolts adjustment bolts? The holes in the bottom of the caliper are to mount the caliper..

One of my pads is worn all the way down and the other is still ok. When i 1st replaced the pads I acidently loosened the bolt in the picture. I mistakenly loosened that cause i though it held the caliper on. I replaced the pads and rotors last year..

This pictures shows the bolt that i'm unsure of...

Pull the outer part of the caliper off these sliders, clean them up and regrease them. This could be the reason why only one of the pads had wear and the other didn't.
