Air Check Valve hose

Air Check Valve hose
Just before the air check valve there is an L shaped hose that has a decent sized crack in it which I think is part of the reason I get a check engine code every once in a while.
ACDELCO Part # 214638 - Rock Auto and O'Reilly have this part but no hose.
Any ideas on what problems this can cause in the long run? Or where I could pick up the hose? I tried autozone but they didnt have any in store. Checked AutoZone, O'Reillys and RockAuto all online but couldn't find the hose.
