Another ABS light thread
PM received and replied.
While the ABS Module is out, check the connector pins for corrosion, make sure the connector contacts are fully seated in the plastic bodies, check wires themselves.
And a correction to my postings above....the ABS Module cover is not black plastic, it is aluminum. No idea why I thought it was plastic....IDK....

Okay. My module is on its way to you. Good luck.
Yep, module received on Aug 7, connector, relay, solenoid pins all resoldered, new heat sink silicon compound applied to the areas, cover on, back in the box and taken to the post office on its way back to you.
Lanny, I drove around today, hitting puddles getting the tires wet and then hitting the brakes. ABS is working perfectly. No lights on dash. Everything a GO! Thanks and great job!
As for the 52K miles... The Blazer is my daughter in law's, who commuted about four miles with it. It had been sitting up in her apartment garage for two years since she got a new car. I offered to sell it for her, so the brakes was a fix I wanted to do. I've kind of taken a shine to it though.

Well, I think the gremlin is back, a year later. While driving on a low tire the ABS and brake light came on. I patched the tire and it looked fixed, but now the ABS and brake lights come on most of the time. They don't come on after startup, only later.
Is there a way to check the senders? I'm thinking the low tire screwed something up.
