In your opinion how much and what components can fail the gas pumps of a 1998 chevrolet blazer?

no power on wire butother is appear ground and one of them absolute nothing ???

There is a fuse (ECM B) and a relay for the fuel pump. If you have a good relay (you can swap with another relay that looks like it in the fuse box), a good fuse (continuity test), and you still do not have power to at the gray wire (cavity B in the 4 pin connector) at the fuel pump electrical connection, then you have a faulty wire.

I believe the wiring to be the same '98-'01 so here is a schematic:
