another misfire problem

you will need to tell pc to relearn camshaft retard setting if you change distributor

Change all 3 of mine & my brother in laws, & never had to do no relearn !

The odds of installing the distributor, and having camshaft retard within spec, are about the same as winning the lottery... three times in a row! Camshaft retard is adjusted by moving the distributor, it is not a relearn. It's part of the job whenever the distributor is removed, replaced, or disturbed. It can be off up to ~26 degrees and NOT set a DTC in memory, or turn the check engine light on.
