Kyle, Phase 1 of the bleeding the temp actually shot up to 195* I'm so glad man thanks, another question with this why do ya think they would have put a 12# cap on the radiator before I bought it, think theres trouble lurking w/ the 16#er ! There no leaks and new hoses and a new radiator ? Doesn't seem to be losing any coolant, about 100k on the clock. Hmmm.

Gotta say man you know your s**t buddy worked perfectly right up to 195*, 1 down ! How many more can I find for ya! or is it just easier to over to Ct. !!!! Thanks Again, Nick

Here we go again, idle's @ 195* this morning getting on the highway temp dropped back to about 160* and thats where it stayed, new stat, cap. More air in the system? Where is it coming from? Anyone have any ideas whats goin on here?

Possibly a bad engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor.
