When i fold down one of my back seats the headrest doesnt flip up like the other, working one.

Anyone got a guide or video.on what is the actual mechanical​ working here...something.is stuck, just not sure where to start.

EDIT: after digging around I finally found the problem...there is a spring loaded cable holder on the side closest to the door. Pull that and the headrest flips. Problem with mine is the plastic bracket holding the spring/cable is (I'm guessing) rivetted to the the seat mounting bracket and the rivet has snapped and the spring is just flopping around. I removed the dead rivet ... now just need a bolt to secure to back the seat frame.
