Default Ball joints???

Got a few miles on my Blazer and she needs some front end work. I know ball joints for sure and likely idler arm and pitman arm. Guess I'm wondering what everone's opinion is on where to get parts, are GM the best or is it OK to go to NAPA???? would I be a fool not to do tie rods while I'm at it, there is 159,000 on the truck and I have owned it since 50,000 and the front end has never been touched. Anything else I should be looking at replacing???

Default RE: Ball joints???

I would stick with Moog or Power Performance Accessories ball joints.

Stick with a real name brand auto parts store... Moog is def one of the better parts names. or just spend the extra dough if ya have it and go to the dealer.. I would do everything thats involved, I wouldnt worry too much about control arm bushings unless their obviously worn out...

I have used NAPA parts for many years now. Their parts, the better line is as good as any parts out there. Most exceed manufactures specs. I believe Moog is who NAPA front end parts are built by.

My dad (a mechanic) and I always purchase car stuffs online, and they never failed us ever since we purchased stuffs there. Even those ball joints are much affordable and perfomance wise.
