hrm...I always thought this was a blazer thing, but I guess not if it killed your battery....but whenever I forget to turn a light off, be it map light, dome light, after about 5-10 minutes (same delay as when power is cut to the radio after you pull the key out but don't open the door), the lights go off. I thought it was a battery saving thing...did someone at some point enable this in my blazer then?

if i leave the dome light switch thing up it will stay on until the battery dies can sum1 help me with the name for the dome light thing?

mine does that with the radio but not on the lights... my sunvisor lights wouldnt go off and they drained my battery a few times.

well cant jump my car tonight will be able to tomorrow my bro is being a lame older brother lol but ill try all the stuff tomorrow and ill get back to you all. haha i miss driving. but no clue what the dom,e override button is haha thx for all the help =)

weird...now I have to invesitgate why my power cuts off after a few minutes...maybe i've got one of those batteries with a anti-drain circuit? hrmmm..

windir id say check your door pins. i'd say one probably got snapped off and so all the circuits are running for an open door.

Sounds like a faulty door switch somewhere. I can't look for it right now, but I know there have been a few threads on this with pretty detailed steps for troubleshooting.

If you have a dome over ride button, push that until you can get stuff figured out.
