Default Bent gas tank strap bolt

Hey guys. I accidentally ran the truck over a rock a few months ago and I bent the gas tank strap bolt. Am I SOL if I ever have to replace the fuel pump?

When the time arises just cut that strap off and buy a new strap.

Also how easy is it to replace the straps because IF I ever have to replace the fuel pump, it will be a DIY thing. I am not taking my truck to a mechanic anymore unless it is a real emergency. Especially one who tried to charge me 1200 to replace wheel bearings.
