No- actually very easy to access! Prior to the job soak same with PB and have on hand a new tension bolt(for lack of a better term) cause you will need it! About $10 and then you can just cut the old ones off and do the job in about an hour or so! Just be careful of the plastic fittings at front of the tank-very brittle!
