Wondering if anyone has tried installing camo vinyl graphics on their blazer body like these www.camo4u.com ? If so, how hard was it for you to do?

I haven't done it before but I did investigate it. Here where I live it was going to run 10.00 dollars a square foot for it and that didn't include installation. I spoke with the fella that does it and he stated that you should have someone versed in it do the applying to save on mistakes resulting in wasted material. I was looking to put a wrap on my boat is why I asked. I would think going around compound surfaces would be a pain to do. I don't know how it would compare with having a paint job done.

I put carbon fiber vinyl wrap on my hood. You need two people but it can be done. That was 5 years ago and it has held up well.
We tried putting it on the roof but could only get the front half on. Maybe with a better vinyl, like 3M, we could have gotten the whole roof done, though the ridges on the back half are pretty challenging.
I think the sides may be easier because they are broken into panels about hood-sized.
A correct squeege and hair dryer is all you need. Give the hood or rear door a try and just keep going if it turns out good.

The vinyl is very thin. If you are covering up rust spots or peeled clear coat, the damage will show through unless you prep it, just like you would for a paint job. It would be less noticable with camo though.
An alternative is Plasti-Dip and some camo stencils. I plastidipped my wheels 6 months ago and they are holding up okay.
