Just bought a 2001 Trailblazer and the blend door actuator is not moving. I know that it works as I tried it in another vehicle. This vehicle has automatic climate control. Changed out the computer contol with no luck...the one with 3 dials on it. Any ideas on what to try next other than put a cable on the door to change from hot to cold. Everything else works except the blend door and it moves freely by hand. Thanks

 

Fuses? Wiring? Is there any dirt binding it up.

I’m not sure if it has anything to do with it, but there is also a separate control unit for the blower motor, I’m not sure if it is wired to the blend door or not though.

 

The blend door was broken inside my 2000 Blazer.
