I did not. I need to figure out what it is and order a new one. I will see if I can get a picture after work and post it. My fear is that I have to pull the dash to replace it.

Heater case will need to be removed and disassembled, right after you remove the dash

It was really hard to get a camera in there to take a picture. But there is a vacuum operated arm that is white plastic that the end is broken off of. It is just to the left of the blend door motor.

Slave door actuator linkage. You'll end up at the dealer or a boneyard, (GM only, not available aftermarket).

Ok, that helps a lot. I will see if I can snag one the next time I am at the yard. I will plan on replacing it this summer. Just out of curiosity what does that part do?
