Hi, I have a 98 Blazer and the Blower Motor is not working at any setting. I replaced the motor after testing the correct voltage on the connector going into the motor. Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem. I then tested the voltage under load and found that the voltage dropped to zero. Any ideas on what to try next? Thank you for your help in advance.

 

In what manner did you test the voltage under load?

 

I tested for voltage while the connector was connected to the blower motor. On high, when it was not connected, I had 12V. 0V when it was connected.
