Blowing 3amp Power Lock Fuse

I'm having an issue with the power locks on my 01 blazer. They were working fine few weeks ago, but the rear wiper motor was not working. So i swapped in one from a junkyard. I plugged it in and it was bad and now it seemed to short something out with the locks
I bought a new wiper motor assembly, which is working now. The fuses in the dash compartment are fine. The 3amp Power lock fuse under the hood was popped. I put a new one in and it pops instantly. I'm not too good with electrical. Where should i start tracking down this issue?
Thanks for any advice.

I hit garage again and found the root cause. When I installed the new wiper assembly i pinched a rear hatch popper wire under the wiper assembly. It was a black wire. It's dark in there. It's a black truck. Ehhhhh Ok. Stupid me.
