complete as in rotors and pads? If its just hanging pads, then heck no. If they are doing both rotors, and pads and that includes parts, sure.

rotors are about 60 each $120
pads are about 30-60 depending on quality.

its easy and would take a hour to do both sides. or even less if done with a lift and air tools. With a lift and air tools i can do both, in 30 minutes.

60 for rotors??! I pay 25-30 for rotors at the parts store, but, shops are good at marking up prices.

Default Define complete?

Pro, it is like posters have referred to above. The answer depends on the quality of pads, rotors, and whether they replace all the brake hardware or just hang new pads and not replace the rotors and hardware. remember Sears used to have 'Good, better , and best in their catalog? The best way to illustrate this is to look at the Rock Auto on line cat. and see their diff. grades of Economy, DD, High Performance and so on. Note how these prices differ. So if you can get their quote and exactly what brand and level of rotor, pad, and so on, the quote could be in line. Even AC Delco has standard and Professional grade in their line.
