Default Brake pedal adjustment

I have a 2003 Blazer 4x4 L/S the brakes are not leaking the pads are not very old both front and back. My question is would there be an adjustment to the brake pedal to bring it up a little higher.Since with no leaks of any kind and 4 wheel disc that has a low pedal but hard. Know pulling or any failure other then low pedal. Is there a way to bring the pedal up a bit higher.

Check for bulging rubber hoses at each wheel.

Flush the fluid ( DO NOT let the res run dry, if it does you going to have to bleed the ABS unit, NOT EASY!)

Brake fluid attracts water, water is more easily compressed than brake fluid
