Default Brake and rotor removal?

I looked at the DIY page and didnt see anything for changing brake pads or rotors. I just had the wheel off and I see on the caliper 2 allen bolts that go through the caliper. I tried to unscrew them but wouldnt budge at all. I soaked them and let them sit along with tapping them with a hammer. Are those the right bolts to be taking out and if so any other ideas on how to go about removing them? Thanks

Yes they are either a 3/8" or 10mm allen key and they need to come out. They are tight, are you using an allen key socket on a ratchett or just an allen key? You will need to use a ratchett for the leverage required.
