Default brakes

my brakes aren't very sensative, i really have to push down the pedal to engage them. is there anyway i can make them very sensative so all i have to do is tap them and now just push down the pedal harder?

Default RE: brakes

If they are just "spongy" then that is fairly normal. Both my '00 and my '01 have had sort of soft brakes. Take it to a mechanic you trust and have them inspect it. They will have seen and driven enough good ones to know if it's not correct. Malfunctioning brakes are not something to mess around with, for obvious reason.
