Kits are available in pretty much any autoparts store and even at Walmart here in the US. Not sure where you can get them in Canada.

ok. So i have a new problem.It appears that my compressor is leaking there is some type of green fluid underneath it. Im not sure if the recharge kit fixed it but is the green fluid r134a?

That is definitely a leak in the compressor. Most refrigerants have the green pigment to them. Sounds like a new compressor is in your future.

Thats what i thought....Oh JOY.
How hard is it to replace the compressor accumulator and orifice tube once the refridgerant leaks out? Since ive read you have to do all 3,Anything else to be replaced? And once im done i take to a/c shop to charge?
Like on on skill level 1-10
1 being easy like changing oil and 10 being complete engine rebuild.
