Question Can anyone tell me if....

You can put a bumper off of a 99 and up blazer (non-chrome body colored bumper with the black lower valance) onto a 1998 blazer (Chrome bumper with body colored lower valance) any help is appreciated.
- Thanks

Should be a straight swap with no problems.

x2. its a straight bolt on process. should be 6 bolts holding your bumper on and you will have to pull the grille to get at em, but it is a cake job and you should be in and out in less than an hour (probably 30 minutes if you stay sober and dont take pics of the process)

Bumper is a straight swap like everybody said. But if your original bumper has the impact strip then your front valance wont fit on the new bumper.
