Cargo area accessories

I have a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer LS 4x4 with a 4.3L engine. I want to install an inverter and some additional 12V outlets in the cargo area. I've seen that some models have a sort of box on the right side, similar to the one on the left where the jack goes. Which model comes with this part from the factory?
Apparently, some accessories go in this compartment.

According to the link you shared, it goes with blazers with this configuration and options:

T(06) = 4wd(4dr)
TB4 = Liftgate, rear manual
TB7 = BODY EQUIPMENT LIFT GATE (MANUAL) ALUMINUM, BODY EQUIPMENT ONE PIECE ALUMINUM LIFT GATE WITH FIXED GLASS

92I = INTERIOR TRIM SHALE/PEWTER

The important one here looks to be the YC7 code.

I've never seen a Blazer with a compartment on the right side like that, but I believe that the 2nd pic you posted is of a 95-97 year Blazer. That might help with narrowing down your search?
