Default Chevy blazer 2000 Rear rotors

How in the hell do these come off? shouldn't they just slide right off once you get the caliper off and brackets off??

Provided the park brake is not applied, they should slide right off. If they don't, try some PB Blaster in the lug stud holes, then smack with a hammer between the lug studs. If that doesn't work, try using heat.

There's probably a rust lip on inside E brake drum. Its catching on the E brake shoe. Just turn and beat down on top of rotor and pull out, it will eventually come off. No PB required just makes an oily mess.
