Default RE: rear brake rotors

Most likely the internal drum parking brake is hanging up. You are going to need to try and pull out while turning the rotor. Hopefully it will get past the rusted lip on the internal drum hat...

*EDIT* - Here's my post on the subject: Rear Disk Brakes...

It might help to adjust the park brake cable for more slack first. Also, push the park brake lever closer to the backing plate if you can, (sometimes the cable sticks a bit). Kyles' probably right that the rotors are hanging up on the shoes internally.
If you pull the rotors off and the shoe comes out with it, the only damage will probably be to the clip that holds the shoe to the backing plate. That little spring clip is replaceable.
