Arrow Cruise control not working

^ Title says it all, my cruise control has not worked since I bought it. The fuse is good. Any ideas as to what could be wrong with it? I'm doing much highway driving lately so it's getting kind of annoying not having it. Thanks in advance!

Cruise is driven by vac, check the vac line (comes from the upper plenum i believe). it runs over top of the brake booster and to a T near the driver side hood hinge, it then splits off in a couple directions (there's a one way check valve in there somewhere as well), the cruise control hose goes into the webbing inside the fender on the driver side behind the ABS pump and comes back out in front of it and onto the cruise servo (to find the cruise servo before chasing the hose follow the second cable coming off the throttle body, the one that doesn't go into the firewall is the cruise)

Yeah those lines are very cracked and worn out
Well the harness was not plugged in I'm gonna take it for a drive real quick and try it out
*update, thanks mike my cruise now works. Looks like a shady mechanic messed with it before I bought it, a vac line was cut and the wire harness was unplugged!
