the dome override doesnt work on a 98 (should have said it a 98 4dr LS) and the resistor will still leave me with the daytime running lights right?

i believe there is a fuse you can pull for the drl. or if they are on a separate bulb, just remove the bulbs

the system turns the highbeams on durning the day at half voltage so there dim, and when it gets dark the head lights on and i cant turn them off and i dont want to do the ebrake trick

the closest thing i could find to a fuse is a diode in the fuse panel, not sure if i wana remove that just yet

pulling the relay out will get rid of the DRLs but you will only have the passenger side high beam. The drivers side wont work. Do a search and you will see what pin needs to be bent over on the relay. I think its 86 but im not sure.

if all else fails i could just wire the left high beam bulb to the right with a relay cause im also gona wire it so my lows come on with my highs for better visability with the highs on
