Differences between CA cat and 49 state cat????
I have a California emissions blazer and live in Illinois and was wondering if I replace my catalytic converter with a non California cat will it cause a CEL/lean mix/rich mix or any other issues etc? Is a California PCM programed different?
I really appreciate any advice because a California cat is considerably more expensive that a regular cat.
