Question Door hinge Issues

I recently got a 98 Blazer as a gift and I've been wanting to fix a few details it came with
and the door hinges are one of them, the 2 front doors are a little... how'd you say... dropped?

I wanted to ask if I need to buy the whole hinge for them so that it holds like new or is there any smaller parts I can get to fix that.

Also where do you guys recommend me to buy these? Ive been looking around on ebay but the repair kits are way too high for what its worth.

A quick search for "door+hinge+pins" will give you some details into the replacement of the pins. In a few threads, I had detailed the full on replacement of the hinge which requires a welder amongst other fabrication tools and some good attention to detail to get everything back on properly.

After reading through the results in the search above, if you still have any questions, post up in this thread and we'll get them answered.

Look carefully to see if it is just the bushings that are worn out. If so new bushings and a new pin are pretty cheap. If it has worn through the bushing and into the steel hinge very far you will need a new hinge.

I replaced mine last year and bought the pins and bushings from napa, think I paid 10 bucks for the kit. Go to harbor freight and get the spring compression tool for GM trucks. Was not that hard of a job. There are great tutorials out there if you search.
