door hinge replacment

I am having some trouble getting the spring back in.Is there a tool or home remedy?

Search works good... Or since you already have the thread started, check out any one of the links in the Related Threads table below.

As stated above, there is a spring tool that is available. I bought mine from Eastwood.com (Light Truck Door Hinge Spring Tool) for around $16. At the time I bought mine, they were not available on the shelf at the local parts stores.
