door jam switch

Default door jam switch

i have just bought a replacement for my rear door jam switch,and i need to know how to adjust the switch so the door will close with out breaking the switch.

I don't know what your vehicle is. Please add your vehicle info into your signature or in the post when you have a question.

Assuming that you have a late model blazer...the switch is threaded, just unscrew it, disconnect the wire, connect to the new switch and thread it in. No adjustment required.

sry, its a 03, i need to to turn it with it connected and not connect, ill try again thou, thanks
