Got the driver's door finished about 2 weeks ago. However through some poor measuring the door is about 1/4" out to far. So now it catches on the fender and I can't open or close it.
Door will be coming off and some modifications made to those particular hinges. I did take lots of pics and now I know that measurements are more critical than I had previously thought. The hinges are slightly adjustable but the bolts I used are larger than factory so... not so much adjustment anymore.

I should be getting this done in the next few days or weeks depending on how time allows.

I hit the hinges in a mill and opened up the holes so I could adjust the door better. It's real close now except for some latch issues.
I'm almost done with the passenger door which was to the point of needing lifted while opened or else there was chance of it opening while making a turn... not cool when the door opens while driving.

But overall a worthy change in my opinion. It's going to be hell for someone if I ever sell it and they need to change the hinges, but I don't see it being a problem if lubed every oil change.

I can toss up some finished pics if anyone is interested.

** Realized I had a bunch of pictures I never posted. I'll work on that as well.**

Funny you should say something. I completely forgot. I'll snap some pics here in a couple days when there's not so much ice covering everything.
