Doors locked
#3
With a key fob or by physically turning the key in the lock cylinder in the door?
May be something weird with the security system preventing the doors from unlocking with the key fob.
The lock cylinder in the door handle has a direct physical connection to the lock mechanism in the door, so unless that rod mechanism, lock cylinder, or latch itself in the door is broken, then turning the key in the door should unlock it.
If it is indeed the security system in the truck keeping the key fob from unlocking the door, you may need to start the truck once you get in to basically show the system that you're the owner and you have the physical key. I've seen some other vehicles not unlock the doors or turn the alarm off until you actually start the vehicle.
