ok as title states my drivers side remote entry lock unlock is not working. all my other doors are locking/unlocking just fine when using the remote keyless entry. i can use my key to manually unlock/lock the door. i took the inside door panel just to take a look because i thought maybe a clip or rod broke or something simple but everything is good. i do hear the door lock/unlock motor when using the keyless entry but it seems to me that the motor is pushing/pulling the rod when using the keyless entry. just not sure if there is anything else involved here. just looking for opinions. thanks

 

Maybe try pulling the passenger side panel off & compare the workings of the 2. With the exception of the window switches & power mirror controls (if equip) they should be the same. Seeing as you said you can hear it working but it isn't making the lock work, look for differences in the way they work.
