Default electrical problem?

Last weekend my wife was driving our 2000 Blazer and while at a stop light the dashboard lights flickered and the truck stalled. It started right up again, we drove it till today and there were no other signs of anything. Today I was driving it and I noticed the lights under the speedometer were flickering, and the turn signals were not blinking in a steady rhythm like they usually do. There's also a strange "whirring" noise when I accelerate. I changed the battery around two months ago. Any ideas?

Default RE: electrical problem?

How much volts are you pulling from the altenator. If it stalled at a stop light that usually has to do with the battery being dead since I have run into this problem a few times. Just make sure your altenator isnt dieing on you.

Good idea to check the charging system. Also, check the connections at your battery. Check for tight grounds also.
