That's the power for the body control module. The items controlled by that module and the sensors into it are endless. I would start by checking at night to see if any bulbs are being left on anywhere in or outside of the vehicle with the ignition key out after the timeout period or if you can hear a coil or motor around doors and windows buzzing. If that doesn't work then pull all of the other fuses one at a time in both fuse blocks to see if you can isolate the subsystem.

Is there an aftermarket theft system? If so disconnect that as well.

This module basically controls most of that which is not engine or drive train related.

Please also be aware that the BCM (body control module) that is powered through the TBC fuse does not fully go to sleep for up to 5 minutes after the ignition is turned off and all doors are closed. It also can awaken when a door is opened so it is a tricky little thing to diagnose if/when it misbehaves. I am making you aware of this just in case you stopped looking for your current draw when you found this one high draw item. It is very possible that the draw on the TBC fuse will drop to mere mA range once the BCM goes to sleep.
