Engine Bogging

would a vaccum leak make the engine rev higher at idle ? also.. how do i check for a vaccum leak ???

You may also want to clean your maf sensor and egr valve. Both of those can cause idle/power issues if they are dirty. When you pull your egr besure to get the new gasket with a screen in it.

To check if you have a vac leak, I would remove the vac hose where it goes in the intake plenum(drivers side), it goes to the same fitting the the PVC tube goes to, remove the smaller hose(not the larger one that goes to the PCV valve on the valve cover) and plug it with your finger or something, if the engine smooths out when pluged and runs better when you feather the acclerator linkage you may have a vac leak somewhere.
The vac hoses get very brittle and fall apart.

if its the full pump not giving enough pressure when in WOT, or close to WOT would that make the bogging ?

Also would a Walbro 255lph fit in the GM tanks ? mine was bought for my old acura for my turbo setup but now i have it laying around could i use that or it would be too much pressure ?
