engine dont get hot

I have a 97 blazer 4wd.. I swapped motors this last fall..
115,000 miles. Runs great!! But the engine wont get hot.. doesnt leak coolant
Always full. As u can see from the picture thats about as hot as it gets... it used to get to almost a quarter up.. heater dont get very hot also.. I drive an hr to and from my gfs a couple times a week also and still the same.
No check engine lights ever... heater core isnt leaking.

Any suggestions??

EDit.. in the image the truck has been running for over an hour.. on the freeway.

Thermostat stuck open, easy fix

Get a 195 degree thermostat and you should be good to go.
