engine power loss shut off

A '95 doesn't have the splice pack that was causing all of his problems. You could check the frame grounds that are near the fuel tank though.

hm. crap maybe it just needs a tune up or maybe the fuel pump is bad

You can try to guess the problem and quite possibly replace good parts before you find the right one. OR you can troubleshoot the problem and save money! You need to check the fuel pressure.

We are doing the egr vavle cleaning now

if cleaning the egr valve doesn't help any thing i suggest checking the fuel pressure and starting off from there before you trow any more crazy money into parts

Egr didn't do anything what is the fuel pressure supposed to be

When you turn the key on the pressure should be 55-60. it must be able to hold a pressure above 52 for 10 minutes

any ways if it dont hold it might be a leaking spider injector or weak fuel pump

Well we sttill don't have a gauge but the fuel is spraying a lot

It wouldn't matter if its spraying a lot if its got enough pressure we need to worry about.
