Default engine too close to axle,is it possible?

2000 blazer, makes a grind/squeaking noise if you gas it hard from almost being stopped, oil pan looks mighty close to the top of diff.,the mounts for axle look like they could be worn in frame,,does any of this make sense??...maybe i shouldn't worry and just let it ride??,,,TIA

Pics? The carrier is mounted solid in place under the engine. They're close, but should never come close enough to contact, even if a motor mount (or both) completely come apart. I think you may have a different issue.

the noise is bugging me,i compared the oil pan to axle clearance to my 2000 jimmy,it too is a bucket of rust...just finished the front brake and rear lines and calipers,,,considering upper a-frames...its ugly....baffled bye that noise?
