Default engine turbulence

97 4 door 4 wheel
160000 miles

Truck starts and idles fine when you give it some gas at about 100 rpms the engine starts to shake. I also have very little exhaust from tail pipe.

I had a bank one 02 senors code for about a year so i thought my cat was bad
Ive replaced the cat all 02 senors, fuel filter, egr valve, rotor, cap, and wires.

Please help im driving the truck from Louisiana to Wyoming at the end of December.

Does it ever smooth out, did this start all at once? Did the o2 code clear? Anything you can think of before it started.

I put in a mechanical oil sending switch, i T'd into the stock one, and replaced the rotor and cap along withe the plug wires. Noticed it a little bit after installed that stuff. Im thinking maybe i bumped the timing out a little bit.

Right after i installed those parts it felt like it was missing a little bit. It rarely did it, till one day i went to take off and it had a lot of hesitation and no power.

My other thought is fuel pump but i just replaced it about a year ago.
I dont have a pressure gauge but when i released the pressure at the value and it seem like it had good pressure.
