Envoy headlights on Blazer?
I have a 2000 LT Blazer - would I be able to put HID headlights from an Envoy on my Blazer...or would it be less expensive and easier to by aftermarket HID headlights?
Thanks

RE: Envoy headlights on Blazer?
I'm not sure if the radiator core support is the same between the Blazer and the Jimmy/Bravada of the same year, but if they are, you'd need a different grill, the headlights, the ballasts, and probably would want the assocaited wiring.
The problem with the aftermarket bulb upgrades to HIDs is that the stock housings were never designed for the arc orientation in a HID bulb. As such, the beam pattern will never be right and you probably won't have the proper cut-off for proper aiming. The beam pattern would most likely have strong and weak areas as well. You should get more light output...
