Default Evolution brake pads...

I need recommendations for front pads/rotors for my 99 Blazer.

Has anyone had experience using Evolution Ceramic Brake pads? These were the recommended choice from a shop that does a lot of GM brake work and they rarely have problems with squeaks or returns.

They run about $40 a set

What do you guys think?

i like em.. Ive never used them but from looking at the reviews looks to be alright. Especially for 40 bucks. If you decide to go with something else, try the wagner thermo quiets. I put em on a dodge ram 2 years ago. They are holding up good. and has lots of pad left.

Never heard of Evolution brand.

Are you saying $40 per side for both brake pad and rotor? If so, sounds like a cheap china rotor that will not last very long.
