failed ob 2 inspection

Default failed ob 2 inspection

I have a 2000 blazer with 181000 miles.just failed state inspections for readiness the catalyst not ready.....secondary air system not ready..........egr system not ready everything else is ready......have driven alot of miles since battery was replaced. Does anybody have any ideas

If any "Readiness monitors" are incomplete when you go in for the inspection, the vehicle will immediately fail the inspection, whether there are any problems or not. If you perform the General Motors Driving Cycle exactly as written, all monitors will run and complete their tests. If the Service Engine Soon light remains off after the drive cycle, the vehicle should pass inspection. You don't necessarily need to do the entire drive cycle, if you perform steps 2 & 7 that should be all that are necessary. The procedure in each step must be followed exactly as written or the monitor will not complete.
